I have completed my BE(ECE) in 2010. That time wipro recruited employees through consultancies. We few peoples around 200 joined in wipro through Qsource Global Consultancy which is in Bangalore. I joined on January 2011. My contract period is from Jan 2011 to Sep 2012. But, wipro gave me the project on September 2011 only. I worked there upto February 2012. Suddenly wipro terminated me without any proper intimation. Atleast I worked for 6 months. But, lot of my friends not even get into the wipro campus. If I atleast worked there upto my contract end period my experience become 1.8 years. But Wipro spoils our career.
There is a logic behind this. Every year a company have to recruit some minimum of employees (eg 5000). In that case only those companies will get new projects from clients. But currently wipro doesn’t have any projects. They loosing their remaining projects. So most of their employees sitting in bench without any project. In this situation how wipro will recruit new employees? That’s why they terminated us & recruited new Employees through (WASE Program). WASE is one type of cheating the employees. I am praying to the god that no other graduates will suffered because of wipro.
